Blind box products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened.
Please only purchase if you are comfortable with receiving a random item.
After-sales service requires a full unboxing video.
This is to protect against product tampering or replacements.
Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.
Factory Disclaimer
All products are official and authentic, but minor factory imperfections may occur and are not considered defects. These include (but are not limited to):
Odor, small scratches, minor stains or paint issues
Gaps in joints, uneven paint, rough edges, unstable feet
Minor color variation or print differences between batches
These are normal production occurrences and not eligible for return or refund.
Packaging Condition Notice
Due to international shipping and logistics, outer box dents or deformation may occur.
This is beyond our control and not included in the scope of after-sales service.
If you are a box condition perfectionist, we kindly advise not to place an order.
Style Selection
Unopened Box: Contents are shipped randomly.
Confirmed Style: We will open the box/bag carefully to verify the item before shipping (box may no longer be sealed).
